— Growing Our Community Through Education & Strategic Planning —
Learn how to grow your business, build wealth through commercial real estate, and prepare for a successful future transition—all while gaining a better understanding of the financing tools available to support your goals.
This is an educational event focused on practical business strategy, financial literacy, and long-term planning—not a sales presentation.
We hope you can join!

— About This Seminar —
For generations, small businesses have been the backbone of Cody's economy and community.
As someone born and raised in Cody—and the daughter of two small business owners—I understand both the opportunities and challenges that come with running a business in a rural community. Throughout my career, I've worked with business owners across the country to finance growth, purchase commercial real estate, acquire businesses, and prepare for ownership transitions. My goal is to bring that knowledge back to the community that helped shape me.
Many business owners are unaware of the financing tools, strategies, and resources available through the Small Business Administration (SBA) and other trusted advisors.
This summit was created to provide practical, real-world education on:
- Growing and scaling a business
- Building long-term wealth through commercial real estate ownership
- Preparing for an eventual business exit
- Understanding acquisition opportunities through Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA)
- Leveraging SBA programs to achieve business goals
Whether you're planning for growth, considering retirement in the next decade, or simply looking to better understand your options, this seminar will provide actionable insights you can take back to your business immediately.
— What You’ll Learn & Why This Matters to Cody —
✔ How SBA financing can support growth, acquisitions, and commercial real estate purchases
✔ Whether buying your building may make more sense than continuing to lease
✔ Common mistakes business owners make when planning for retirement or succession
✔ How to increase the value of your business before an eventual sale
✔ Why Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) is creating new opportunities for business owners and buyers
✔ Practical strategies you can implement immediately
Strong businesses create jobs, support families, and strengthen our local economy. By helping business owners better understand their options for growth, ownership, and succession planning, we can help ensure Cody's business community remains strong for generations to come.
