Marketing Consent – Name, Image & Likeness

By agreeing to these terms, you grant Live Oak Banking Company (“Live Oak”) the right to record, photograph, and otherwise capture your name, image, likeness, and voice at this event, and to use that material for marketing, promotional, and editorial purposes in any media, worldwide and without time limits.

You acknowledge that your voluntary attendance at this event provides sufficient consideration for this consent, and that you will not receive payment or additional compensation for these uses.

You understand that:

• Live Oak may edit or modify the material and combine it with other content.
• You waive and release any claims related to Live Oak’s permitted use of your likeness, except for willful misconduct or violations of law.
• This consent is irrevocable for materials already created or committed for use. You may request that Live Oak limit future uses by contacting us, and Live Oak will make reasonable efforts to do so.

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, and any disputes will be resolved in courts located in New Hanover County, NC.
